EMG Series: Medium action taper with blended medium modulus graphite. 9' 4-piece configuration. Weights 3-8. CZ Nymph models are 11' 4-piece. Weights 4-6. Switch rod is 11' 4-piece. Weights 6-8. Stripping guides and stainless steel snake guides, half wells or full wells cork grip, REC reel seats with highly figured Cocobolo reel seat inserts.
MSR Series: Medium-fast action taper with blended medium modulus graphite. 8', 8' 6", and 9' 4-piece configurations. Weights 2-8. SiC stripping guides and REC Recoil running snake guides, half wells or full wells grip, REC reel seats with highly figured Amboyna burl reel seat inserts.
Winding Brook Series: Medium to medium-fast action taper with soft tip medium modulus graphite. 6' to 7' 6" 4-piece configurations. Weights 2-6. Stripping guides and single foot stainless steel running guides, half wells cork grip, REC reel seats with highly figured Cocobolo reel seat inserts, or cork and ring on smaller 6' and 6' 5" models.
All rods feature our proprietary tapers, and a lifetime original-owner warranty. Every rod ships with a Great Bay Rod Company branded aluminum rod tube and rod bag. Great Bay Rod Company carefully inspects each rod for fit and finish and performs quality assurance testing on 100% of the products that leave our facility; testing includes, static deflection testing to insure precise guide placement, hand casting of all fly rods, and actual line weight measurement verification.
